In my “Recipe Book” you will find all sorts of recipes that will really perk your tastebuds up. Some old and some new, a little bit of something for all. I cook whatever I feel like cooking and that's the way it should be. You don't need to fill up your cupboard with fancy ingredients that cost the earth. All you need to keep is a few basics ingredients with a few extras and get cooking.

My Favourite Ingredients” section is an area that gives me the freedom to choose my favourite ingredients from various food companies that I deal with. Here I take an ingredient or ingredients and turn them into something amazing. Check it out.

If you have missed some of my monthly recipes in the magazines then don't worry, I have put a lot of them back into my “Media” section. You can either save or print them off for your recipe archives. This area gets up-dated as they get published.

Kitchen Secrets” and “Food Fun Facts” have also been up-dated and again I have answered some more of your wonderful questions in “Ask the chef”. Good to see that there are some good questions coming through. Of course I can't answer everyone's questions, but I will try my best to respond when I can.
